Artichoke Dip Recipe
Ingredients:
250g. Package of cream cheese
2 oz (a small handful) shredded mozzarella
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan
1 small onion finely chopped
2 cloves garlic finely chopped
1 can marinated artichoke hearts (approx. 13 ounces) mostly drained
Bread of your choice (baguette, pumpernickel, pita…)
3/4 cup dry grated parmesan
Combine all ingredients in a blender, except dry parmesan, and pour in to oven safe container. Spread dry parmesan over entire top. Bake uncovered for approx 25 minutes at 350 or until parmesan slightly brown and bubbling around the edges. Let sit 5-10 minutes and served with pieces of bread or pita.
Tip: If you use pita bread, cut it in to triangles and bake on a cookie sheet in the oven until crispy (approx 5 minutes).
