Notes: Driving on the Trans Canada Highway near Jasper, Alberta, I saw this exact image and it immediately struck me as reminiscent of the skies that Magritte has painted. I had to stop the car and go back to the view that I enjoyed so much at a glance. It was late in the day, and the traffic had slowed down. I still had to keep a constant watch for the sound of approaching trucks as I had to stand in the middle of the road to take this picture. I could only take one picture at a time before I had to move off the highway. Eventually, I got the perfect shot.
